Inszone acquires Radwick & Lightle, expanding Washington benefits offering
The Lightle Group, doing business as Radwick & Lightle, was founded in 2001 and focuses on employee benefits for small and midsize businesses in Washington.
Inszone Insurance has acquired The Lightle Group, doing business as Radwick & Lightle, to expand its employee benefits operations in Washington, Coverager reports.
Radwick & Lightle, founded in 2001 and based in Bremerton, Washington, specializes in employee benefits for small and midsize businesses, with services that include benefits consulting, HR support, compliance services, and claims advocacy.
Under the deal, Radwick & Lightle’s employee benefits team is joining Inszone, giving the agency access to a broader range of insurance markets, technology, and operational resources, while maintaining the existing client service model.
The acquisition, which Inszone has pursued through acquisitions and organic expansion since launching in 2002, also expands Inszone’s presence in Montana and Colorado and adds employee benefits expertise to its national platform.
