Archer Aviation agrees to buy three Boeing business units
Archer Aviation struck a deal with Boeing that would transfer three business units to Archer, as the company pursues its plans to use AI to transform aviation, according to MarketWatch.
MarketWatch reports that the agreement has helped lift Archer Aviation’s stock in response to the announced acquisition.
