BH Properties buys Tollway North office park in Plano for value-add expansion

The nearly 298,000-square-foot Tollway North campus increases BH Properties’ Legacy Business Park footprint to more than 675,000 square feet across 14 buildings.

BH Properties, a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate investment firm, bought the nearly 298,000-square-foot Tollway North Office Park in Plano, located at 6501 to 6513 Windcrest Drive and 5200 to 5208 Tennyson Parkway.

The seven-building campus was purchased from private equity firm KBS, marking a continuation of BH Properties’ value-add strategy following its February 2025 purchase of the adjacent R&D at Legacy, which brought its ownership within the Legacy Business Park to more than 675,000 square feet across 14 buildings.

In a statement, BH Properties President Jim Brooks said the acquisition reflects the firm’s investment thesis from the past year, positioning the company with a scaled footprint in one of the country’s corporate corridors.

The deal also involved representation by Newmark for KBS and Greenberg Traurig LLP for the disposition, while Cushman & Wakefield and other advisers were named in separate transactions referenced in the same DFW deal roundup.
