BH Properties buys Tollway North Office Park in Plano
The nearly 298,000-square-foot, seven-building campus brings BH Properties total ownership at Legacy Business Park to more than 675,000 square feet across 14 buildings.
BH Properties, a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate investment firm focused on value-add acquisitions, purchased the nearly 298,000-square-foot Tollway North Office Park in Plano from private equity firm KBS.
The deal covers seven buildings at 6501-6513 Windcrest Drive and 5200-5208 Tennyson Parkway, and follows BH Properties’ February 2025 purchase of the adjacent R&D at Legacy campus.
With the new acquisition, BH Properties expands its footprint within the Legacy Business Park to more than 675,000 square feet across 14 buildings, positioning the firm around a larger combined presence in the area’s corporate corridor.
Bisnow also detailed other DFW transactions, including M2G Ventures selling a two-building, 150,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in Dallas’ Redbird submarket that was 91% leased at the time of sale, and Cabot Properties selling an eight-building, about 2.4 million-square-foot modern industrial portfolio across the Dallas Fort Worth and Houston metros.
