Cousins and Town Lane finish $20M makeover of Atlanta office tower
The 21-story Proscenium building has moved to more than 75% occupancy after the renovation, while KPMG signed a 105,000-square-foot anchor lease with a 2028 move-in.
Cousins and Town Lane have completed a $20 million renovation of the Proscenium building, a 21-story office property in downtown Atlanta, according to ConnectCRE.
The joint venture purchased the building in 2024, and the upgrade work included a refreshed lobby, two new entrances, and the addition of a retailer called Closers Coffee, along with improvements to shared amenities such as a gym area with showers and locker rooms.
ConnectCRE reports the property is now over 75% occupied. The second floor also features a conference center designed to hold more than 100 people.
Lease activity tied to the project includes KPMG signing a 105,000-square-foot anchor lease in March, with a move-in scheduled for 2028, and other companies such as Acuity Brands and BakerHostetler renewing their leases, ConnectCRE said.
