Inshurik raises $840,000 in debt offering for life-insurance AI

The Delaware life-insurance technology startup is targeting up to $2 million, with $1.16 million remaining after eight investors participated.

Life insurance technology startup Inshurik has raised $840,000 through a debt offering, according to an SEC filing covered by Coverager.

The Delaware company is seeking to raise up to $2 million, leaving $1.16 million remaining. Eight investors took part, including one non-accredited investor with a minimum $25,000 investment, and the first sale occurred on July 15.

Inshurik, founded in 2025 and headquartered in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, reported annual revenue of between $1 million and $1 million. In the filing, executives listed include Alexandr Dudarev as an executive officer and director, and Gautham Peddibhotla as a director.

The company sells an AI platform for life insurers aimed at improving policy retention, identifying cross-selling opportunities and optimizing reserves, using policyholder data to predict lapses and support automated engagement across channels including voice, email and text.
