Stream Realty wins leasing role for Cummins Station in Nashville

The 400,000-plus-square-foot adaptive reuse property also offers office space from about 1,300 to more than 30,000 square feet, plus retail and flexible coworking.

Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the leasing assignment for Cummins Station, a more than 400,000-square-foot adaptive reuse office property at 209 10th Ave. S in Nashville’s Urban Core, according to ConnectCRE.

The property, owned by DZL Management, was originally built as a rail terminal and warehouse and has been converted into a creative office and retail destination. Besides retail, Cummins Station offers office space ranging from approximately 1,300 to more than 30,000 square feet, along with flexible office and coworking options.

ConnectCRE also said the project is located between Downtown and The Gulch, near local business, dining, entertainment, and hospitality. The amenities include ample parking, a conference center, a fitness center under construction, and an outdoor garden area.

Stream’s Stewart Lyman, Adam Rumsey, and Ben Dotye will oversee leasing for the owner, DZL, ConnectCRE added.
