Halo Vista launches Phase I of a TSMC-area industrial development

Phase I will add seven buildings with more than 780,000 square feet, with site work slated to start in Q4 2026.

Mack Real Estate Group (MREG) and McCourt Partners have started Phase I of an industrial development inside Halo Vista, a 2,400-acre master-planned community in North Phoenix near the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company plant, according to ConnectCRE.

The Phase I plan calls for seven buildings totaling more than 780,000 square feet, designed with flexible layouts and building sizes ranging from 43,000 to 203,000 square feet, targeting uses including high-tech manufacturing and supply chain logistics.

The project is intended to support occupiers such as TSMC suppliers, service providers, and other advanced manufacturers that want to tap the local semiconductor ecosystem, CBRE will act as the leasing and sales agent.

ConnectCRE said the broader multi-phase plan contemplates about 2.5 million square feet of industrial development, with site development for the Phase I buildings anticipated to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026.
