JLL secures $42M Fannie Mae loan for 270-unit Portland-area apartments
The five-year, fixed-rate financing was arranged for SB Real Estate Partners, which has owned the property since 2022.
JLL arranged $42 million in financing for Portola Bridge Creek, a 270-unit, garden-style apartment community in Vancouver, Washington, according to ConnectCRE.
The firm worked on behalf of the borrower, SB Real Estate Partners (SBREP), which has owned the property since 2022, to secure a five-year, fixed-rate loan through Fannie Mae.
Portola Bridge Creek was built in 1989 and offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 650 to 1,150 square feet, the outlet said.
ConnectCRE also noted that JLL previously arranged a Freddie Mac refinance for SBREP in September 2025, described as a four-pack totaling $110 million.
