SCOR Business Solutions names Jennilee Foo-Kune chief underwriting officer
The appointment fills a senior underwriting leadership role after Foo-Kune joined SCOR Business Solutions in September 2025 and helped shape underwriting governance and performance management.
SCOR Business Solutions, the corporate risk insurance arm of SCOR, has appointed Jennilee Foo-Kune as Chief Underwriting Officer, according to Reinsurance News. She is a qualified actuary with experience spanning actuarial disciplines and commercial underwriting roles.
Foo-Kune joined SCOR Business Solutions in September 2025 as Head of Underwriting Strategy and Performance, where her remit included driving initiatives tied to underwriting performance and Group objectives. Since joining, she has helped shape portfolio strategy, strengthen underwriting governance, and enhance performance management across the business.
Before moving to SCOR, she spent nearly eight years at Hiscox, most recently as Group FP&A Transformation Lead.
In its announcement, SCOR Business Solutions highlighted her expertise in areas including portfolio management, capital allocation, profitability, and underwriting performance as preparation for leading the underwriting strategy going forward.
