VanTrust begins Phase 1 of 121 Commerce Park in McKinney
Phase 1 of the industrial park is planned to deliver more than 512,000 square feet of Class A space, with completion expected in Q2 2027.
VanTrust Real Estate has started construction on Phase 1 of 121 Commerce Park, its first industrial park in McKinney, Texas, according to ConnectCRE.
The project’s Phase 1 will include more than 512,000 square feet of Class A industrial space across two speculative buildings. Building A is set at 242,393 square feet, and Building B totals 270,479 square feet, with designs intended to support flexible single- or multi-tenant configurations.
Completion is anticipated in the second quarter of 2027. The development sits on 42 acres at the northwest corner of Tina Drive and SH-121, and future plans also call for an additional 250,000 square feet of build-to-suit industrial space in Phase 2.
ConnectCRE also noted that JLL’s Kurt Griffin and Nathan Orbin are marketing the project, and that Evans General Contractors, GSR Andrade Architects, and Kimley-Horn have been selected to support the development.
