Kalshi adds sports and crypto perps order book data feed via DoubleZero
Kalshi says the real-time order book will be delivered through DoubleZero Edge’s dedicated fiber network, and it targets machine-readable access without building infrastructure from order books or APIs.
Kalshi has launched access to its sports and crypto perpetuals prediction market order book data through DoubleZero’s dedicated fiber network, aiming to improve institutional-grade connectivity for real-time data distribution, Cointelegraph reports.
The companies said Kalshi’s live order book is now available through DoubleZero Edge to new subscribers, with an option to consume data in a machine-readable format instead of assembling it from order books and application programming interface responses.
Kalshi framed the move as part of filling gaps in market-structure infrastructure for crypto, perpetuals, and prediction markets, while DoubleZero co-founder Austin Federa said related infrastructure has been missing in newer financial paradigms.
The report also notes that sports is Kalshi’s second-largest category by weekly notional volume at 37.8%, with crypto in third place at 20.3%, citing Dune data, and it places the rollout against ongoing regulatory disputes over Kalshi’s sports event contracts.
