Steel Peak buys Kent, Washington IOS property for $9 million
The 3.09-acre site is equipped with five oversized grade-level doors and seven bridge cranes, plus a fully paved and fenced yard.
Steel Peak has acquired an industrial outdoor storage property in Kent, Washington, for $9 million, according to ConnectCRE.
The asset is located at 1031 4th Avenue North and marks Steel Peak’s fourth IOS purchase in the Seattle area over the past 12 months and its 15th overall.
The property spans 3.09 acres and includes a 23,515-square-foot industrial building with five oversized grade-level doors, seven bridge cranes, and roughly 2,500 square feet of office space.
ConnectCRE also reports that CBRE’s Will Schmidt represented Steel Peak, and the deal highlights the site’s dense, infill location with direct visibility from Highway 167, as well as its north-south freight access across the Puget Sound region.
