Stonepeak acquires 860,100-square-foot rail-served warehouse in Fort Worth

The warehouse sits in Dallas-Fort Worth’s Alliance submarket, which has direct rail and airport access and is connected to I-35, the NAFTA highway linking Mexico and Canada.

Stonepeak has acquired an 860,100-square-foot rail-served logistics asset in Fort Worth, Texas, according to ConnectCRE.

The property is located in the Alliance submarket of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, which is supported by two Class I rail lines, the BNSF Alliance intermodal terminal, and the Fort Worth Alliance cargo airport. The submarket also has direct access to I-35, described as the NAFTA highway connecting Mexico to Canada.

ConnectCRE also noted that the Alliance submarket’s transport infrastructure is supported by the Dallas-Fort Worth population of about 9 million residents, which is expected to grow by 3x the national average through 2031. The outlet said Stonepeak targets opportunities with infrastructure characteristics, including assets that are mission-critical and offer high barriers to entry.
