SuperDial signs full-floor lease at 322 Eighth Avenue in Chelsea

The 5,200-square-foot deal is the largest among recent leasing activity at the 20-story building, where asking Midtown South rents averaged $86.4 per square foot in July, according to CBRE data.

SuperDial, a health care technology company, has signed a full-floor lease at GFP Real Estate’s 322 Eighth Avenue in Chelsea, the landlord said in a Wednesday announcement.

The lease covers the entire 20th floor, totaling 5,200 square feet, and is described as the largest deal among nearly 10,000 square feet of recent leasing activity at the property.

GFP did not disclose rent terms for the transaction. CBRE data cited in the announcement showed asking rents for Midtown South office space averaged $86.38 per square foot in July.

The building also secured a seven-year renewal with the nonprofit Institute for Human Identity and added other recent tenants, including DoorList, Promethean Builders, and AccuWeather. The announcement said GFP’s Allen Gurevich represented the landlord, while CBRE’s Harry Singer negotiated for SuperDial.
