Adjusto launches AI-native contents claims service for 48 US states
The service pairs more than 500 field and desk adjusters with Adjusto’s inventory, documentation, and FairMatch valuation workflow, including faster valuation recommendations in minutes.
Adjusto has launched Adjusto Remote, an AI-native contents claims service designed to provide both field inventory and desk adjusting across the 48 contiguous United States, expanding an outsourcing option for carriers that already use TPAs for parts of the process, Coverager reports.
The offering combines more than 500 field and desk adjusters with Adjusto’s technology for inventory capture, documentation and FairMatch valuation for settlement. The company said the technology component is uncommon in the TPA market, where the systems used for outsourced claims work are often kept behind the scenes.
In an example cited by Adjusto, a single adjuster recorded about two hours and 40 minutes of video covering 1,765 inventory items during a total-loss contents assignment, while the platform processed the documentation and generated valuation recommendations in roughly seven minutes, according to Coverager.
Adjusto said Adjusto Remote is now available for field inventory and desk adjusting assignments throughout the continental United States. The company positions the launch as a way to rethink how technology supports adjusters and policyholders, rather than just optimizing existing workflows.
