South Korea’s Kospi rebounds as investors return to semiconductors

South Korea’s Kospi has rebounded after a recent rout, moving back into bull-market territory, CNBC Markets reports.

The bounce has been driven by investors rotating back into the semiconductor giants that dominate the benchmark index.

CNBC World similarly links the turnaround to renewed buying in chip-related names as traders seek exposure to the sectors underpinning the Kospi’s performance.
