AI Prefab Solutions leases 196,523-sq.-ft. facility in Hutto, Texas
The new Innovation 8 building will be AI Prefab Solutions’ headquarters and primary manufacturing site, with first production planned for September 2026.
Partners Real Estate represented AI Prefab Solutions, a Texas-based critical-infrastructure manufacturer, in leasing a new 196,523-square-foot Class A facility in Hutto, Texas, according to ConnectCRE.
The facility, named Innovation 8, is part of Innovation Business Park, an industrial development anchored by major corporate neighbors and expanding infrastructure.
AI Prefab Solutions will use Innovation 8 as its headquarters and primary manufacturing site, with its first system entering production in September 2026, ConnectCRE reported.
ConnectCRE also noted that demand for advanced manufacturing and critical infrastructure space has risen alongside the AI compute buildout in Central Texas, where industrial product is described as in short supply.
