Inszone acquires Hocker Family Insurance agency
The acquisition adds employee benefits expertise and expands Inszone’s footprint in Kentucky, Montana, and Colorado.
Inszone Insurance has acquired Hocker Family Insurance, a Morgantown, Kentucky-based agency founded in 1926, according to Coverager.
Hocker Family Insurance serves personal, commercial, life, and health customers, and its local team and Morgantown office will remain in place after the deal.
Coverager reports the purchase expands Inszone’s presence in Kentucky and follows other recent acquisitions by the Sacramento-based brokerage, including Two Fong’s in California and Radwick & Lightle in Washington.
The outlet adds that the acquisition also boosts Inszone’s reach in Montana and Colorado, while adding employee benefits expertise to the brokerage’s national platform.
