Nvidia discloses $21 billion stake in SpaceX via xAI investment

The stake was valued at about $21 billion at the end of the second quarter, according to Nvidia disclosures.

Nvidia disclosed that it holds a stake in SpaceX that was worth about $21 billion at the end of the second quarter, CNBC Markets reported.

The disclosure said the stake came through Nvidia's investment in xAI, which in turn is tied to its SpaceX exposure.

CNBC World also cited the same figure from Nvidia's disclosure, highlighting the roughly $21 billion valuation at quarter end.
