Hanover Park signs full-floor lease at 387 Park Ave. South

TF Cornerstone’s 387 Park Ave. South in New York saw major leasing activity, including a new lease with AI-native fund administrator Hanover Park, according to ConnectCRE.

Hanover Park signed a lease for the building’s entire 10th floor, totaling approximately 19,269 square feet. The deal follows other recent transactions at the property, the outlet said.

ConnectCRE also reported that PMG Worldwide renewed its lease on the entire second floor and expanded into the entire third floor. That expansion brings PMG Worldwide’s total footprint to approximately 38,744 square feet.

Overall, the property has logged more than 100,000 square feet of leasing activity over the past year, with the new transactions arriving after K Health’s long-term renewal and a separate TAMI user expansion completed in late 2025, ConnectCRE added.
