Primoris Services leases 25,352 square feet at Sugar Land Town Square

The company will take space on the 8th floor of 2150 Town Square Place, with expected occupancy in 2027.

Primoris Services, a Fortune 500 provider of critical infrastructure services, has signed a 25,352-square-foot office lease at Sugar Land Town Square, according to ConnectCRE.

The lease covers space on the 8th floor of 2150 Town Square Place, and Primoris is expected to begin occupancy in 2027. The deal also comes as Sugar Land Town Square moves through a redevelopment initiative aimed at improving the tenant experience and strengthening the district’s appeal to corporate employers.

ConnectCRE said Primoris was self-represented in the lease negotiations, while the landlord was represented by CBRE’s Bubba Harkins, Jenny Sealy and Joel Douthit.

The outlet added that in 2025, the City of Sugar Land approved a $12.5 million reinvestment in Sugar Land Town Square to enhance the property, and that other office tenants include CVR Energy, Industrial Info Resources and Nexus Water Group.
