Corebridge and Crestlight buy two Charlotte office buildings for $91.8M

The Station at LoSo assets include about 200,000 square feet and were 90% leased at the time of sale.

Corebridge Real Estate Investors and Crestlight Capital have acquired two office buildings in The Station at LoSo mixed use project in Charlotte for $91.8 million, Commercial Search reports.

The purchased properties, Station 3 and Station 4 at 3600 and 3700 South Blvd., total about 200,000 square feet. Beacon Partners sold the buildings, which were 90% leased when the deal closed.

ConnectCRE reports that Station 3 and Station 4 represent the first phase of a roughly 15 acre master planned development. Future phases are expected to bring additional office buildings and a 350 unit community that is slated to break ground this year.

The project is planned to come online in three phases, and ConnectCRE says the master plan also includes MAA LoSo and Ello House, two communities totaling 693 units. JLL advised Beacon Partners through the capital markets investment sales and advisory team led by Ryan Clutter, Mike McDonald, Daniel Flynn, and Director CJ Liuzzo.
