Bitmine adds 9,926 ETH, pushing its Ethereum treasury near $11 billion

Bitmine said 87% of its 5.82 million ETH holdings, about 5 million tokens, are staked through its MAVAN platform and staking partners, with annualized staking revenues projected at $250 million.

Bitmine Immersion Technologies said it increased its Ethereum treasury by 9,926 ETH over the past week, bringing total holdings to 5,815,164 ETH, or about 4.8% of Ethereum's 120.7 million supply. The company valued the treasury at roughly $11 billion, positioning it as the largest corporate ether holder globally, and the second-largest corporate crypto treasury overall.

The Block reported that Bitmine said more than 5 million of its ETH, or 87% of total holdings, are staked through its MAVAN platform and staking partners. The company projected annualized staking revenues of $250 million.

In addition to its crypto accumulation, Bitmine reported share buybacks under a previously authorized $4 billion program. It said it repurchased 20.8 million shares since July 1, including 1.7 million common shares over the past week, according to Chairman Tom Lee.

Bitmine also disclosed it held 210 BTC, along with stakes in Beast Industries and Eightco Holdings, and it reported $78 million in cash and marketable securities. Lee said the ETH/BTC ratio at 0.02994 has moved above a long-term downtrend and attributed the shift to growing expectations for tokenization and agentic AI applications that could benefit Ethereum.
