Horizon Industrial Parks IPO opens with ₹2,600 crore fresh issue

The IPO pricing band is ₹57 to ₹60 per share, with grey market premium of about ₹4 implying roughly a 7% listing pop versus the upper band.

Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd has opened its initial public offering, a Blackstone-backed deal set to raise ₹2,600 crore entirely through fresh share issuance, LiveMint Markets reported.

The offer has a price band of ₹57 to ₹60 per equity share, and bidding is scheduled to run until 19 August 2026. The subscription window is open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on trade dates, with lot size set at 250 company shares per lot.

On day 1, the grey market premium is signaling a potential listing gain, with market observers citing a premium of around ₹4, which they translate to roughly 7% against the top of the price band.

By 1:09 PM on the first bidding day, the public issue had been booked 0.03 times, retail had subscribed 0.13 times, the NII segment had been filled 0.01 times, while the QIB portion showed 0.00 times. KFin Technologies has been appointed registrar, with tentative allotment on 20 August 2026 and a proposed listing date of 24 August 2026 on both the BSE and NSE.
