Milky Mist Dairy Food IPO GMP points to a premium ahead of listing
Grey market premium of ₹18 implies shares are trading about 13% above the issue price upper band, while GMP has eased from ₹29 over the past three days.
Milky Mist Dairy Food Ltd is expected to list around 18 August 2026 under India’s T+3 listing timeline, and the grey market is currently pointing to a strong debut for the IPO. LiveMint Markets reports that today’s GMP signals the shares are trading at a premium of ₹18, about 13% above the upper price band of the public issue.
The outlet also notes that the GMP has slipped from ₹29 to ₹18 over the last three days, with observers citing a tepid mood in the secondary market. Analysts said GMP is not always a perfect read on listing premium because it is not linked to the company’s balance sheet, and they urged investors to rely on their own assessment of financials.
On subscription, LiveMint Markets says the IPO saw heavy demand during the bidding period from 11 August 2026 to 13 August 2026. It reports overall subscription at 56.12 times, retail at 8.40 times, the NII segment at 34.91 times, and the QIB portion at 155.83 times.
The article adds that Anand Rathi sees an implied P/E of 84.9x on FY2026 earnings at the upper price band. It attributes the valuation view to the company’s revenue growth, leadership in key value-added dairy categories, and premium positioning.
