Shankesh Jewellers IPO sets ₹88 to ₹93 price band ahead of launch
The company plans to raise ₹367 crore in total, with ₹274 crore from fresh shares and ₹93 crore via offer for sale, and grey market premium is ₹5 over the upper band.
Shankesh Jewellers Ltd is set to enter India’s primary market with an IPO scheduled to open on 18 August 2026 and run until 20 August 2026, ahead of a proposed listing on the NSE and BSE, including NSE SME exchanges.
The offer price band has been set at ₹88 to ₹93 per equity share. The company aims to raise ₹367 crore, combining ₹274 crore of fresh capital and ₹93 crore reserved for offer for sale, with final allotment tentatively scheduled for 21 August 2026.
According to LiveMint Markets, shares are available at a grey market premium of ₹5, which is 5% higher than the IPO’s upper price band. A single lot in the public issue comprises 160 shares, and the most likely listing date is 25 August 2026.
KFin Technologies Private Ltd has been appointed as the registrar for the book build issue, and Aryaman Financial Services and Smart Horizon Capital Advisors are named as the lead managers for the SME IPO.
