Zurich crop insurer RCIS unveils new logo and brand identity
RCIS said it is updating its brand after a 2025 reorganization of sales, service, underwriting and claims teams across six US regions.
Zurich crop insurance business RCIS introduced its first major visual update in more than 15 years, rolling out a new logo, colors and brand identity, according to Coverager.
The brand refresh follows operational changes at RCIS, including a 2025 reorganization that paired local crop and market expertise with the unit’s national scale. RCIS reorganized its sales, service, underwriting and claims teams across six US regions.
RCIS also highlighted technology investments aimed at simplifying reporting and claims. The company said producers can electronically connect field data with RCIS systems, policyholders can receive mobile claims updates and access adjusters, and it uses drones and satellite imagery to support loss assessments.
RCIS, founded in 1982 and acquired by Zurich in 2016, is one of 12 approved providers in the Federal Crop Insurance Program. It is the only approved provider offering coverage across all 50 states and operates through more than 3,700 agents covering 56 million net acres of farmland.
