IMA Financial rolls out enterprise AI agents across its workforce
IMA says more than 95% of its 3,000-plus employees now use AI daily in thousands of agentic workflows spanning research and document comparison.
IMA Financial Group has expanded its use of AI across the firm, with Coverager reporting that more than 95% of its 3,000-plus employees now use AI daily across thousands of agentic workflows.
The insurer-brokerage has deployed AI agents for tasks including research, analytics, document comparison, and workflow automation. Employees can develop and scale use cases through IMA’s AI Studio, which turns internal ideas and pilot programs into tools that can be used across the organization, according to the outlet.
IMA said it is taking a platform-agnostic approach and supporting deployments with employee education and governance controls. The company began pursuing its “Broker of the Future” strategy in 2020, and Coverager notes that CEO Rob Cohen described AI as a people transformation rather than a technology transformation.
