NAI James E. Hanson named exclusive leasing team for 120 Mountainview
The property at 120 Mountainview Blvd. is a former Barnes & Noble world headquarters and offers more than 500 on-site parking spaces in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
ConnectCRE says First National Realty Management, LLC has tapped NAI James E. Hanson, including SVPs W. Joshua Levering, SIOR, and Charles Laginestra, along with associate Chris D'Andrea, as the exclusive leasing team for 120 Mountainview Blvd. in Basking Ridge, NJ.
The firm will market the former world headquarters of Barnes & Noble, a Class-A building that includes a two-story lobby, an onsite cafe, outdoor seating, and amenities such as a bocce court.
According to ConnectCRE, the campus also has more than 500 on-site parking spaces and a location near Interstates 78 and 287, with access to Newark Liberty International Airport, New York City, and Somerset County's corporate corridor.
Levering said the assignment represents a rare chance to secure a large block of Class-A space in an established corporate corridor, and he pointed to new ownership focused on reinvestment in the property.
