Nashville Fifth Third Center to be converted into Hilton hotel, timeshares

The 30-story tower at 424 Church St. is planned to add 483 rooms, including 318 hotel rooms and 165 timeshare units.

ConnectCRE reports that Nashville’s downtown Fifth Third Center, a former office tower, is slated for conversion into Hilton-branded hotel and timeshare units.

The plan calls for the building to be branded under Hilton’s LXR Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Grand Vacations, with Pivot Real Estate Partners and Hastings Architecture leading the redevelopment.

According to ConnectCRE, the 30-story tower at 424 Church St. is expected to total 483 rooms, made up of 318 hotel rooms and 165 timeshare units, along with separate amenity spaces for hotel guests and timeshare owners.

ConnectCRE adds that the redevelopment includes additional features such as a ballroom, a lobby bar, an all-day restaurant and retail and coffee space at the ground level, and an outdoor bar planned for the plaza, after Pivot acquired the Fifth Third Center for $55.25 million last August.
