Sean Woollerson appointed to lead ATL’s Marine Division
Woollerson brings 35 years of marine insurance experience, spanning areas from hull and war risks to loss of hire and specialty products.
ATL, an independent Lloyd’s insurance and reinsurance broker, named Sean Woollerson as Director to lead its Marine Division.
According to Reinsurance News, Woollerson is a marine insurance specialist with 35 years of experience in the international marine insurance market, including coverage areas such as marine hull, war risks, loss of hire, and other specialty marine products.
The announcement also highlights Woollerson’s track record in developing and managing marine business, including work tied to the Global Maritime Security Report and efforts to promote specialized shipping solutions such as Residual Value Insurance and surety solutions.
ATL CEO Iñaki Bandres said the firm is welcoming Woollerson for his marine expertise and ability to develop innovative client solutions, while Woollerson said he is joining during a dynamic time and plans to further develop ATL’s marine offering for clients across the global shipping sector.
