ATTOM adds enhanced MCP server and three specialized AI agents
The updated ATTOM Intelligence platform adds agents for property Q&A, housing market analysis, and automated report generation, with a live webinar scheduled for Sept. 24.
ATTOM expanded its ATTOM Intelligence platform by upgrading its MCP Server and launching three specialized AI agents designed to help organizations interact with property intelligence through natural language, HousingWire reports.
The Property & Place Insights Agent is built to answer questions about individual properties, parcels, neighborhoods, and places, while the Data Analyst Agent focuses on aggregated housing market questions such as analyzing trends and comparing markets.
A separate Report Generation Agent is designed to automatically convert property data into professional, customer-ready reports. ATTOM said the platform integrates with enterprise chat tools including ChatGPT and Claude using trusted property data.
ATTOM also said it expects to add additional agents over time and plans to demonstrate the enhancements during a live webinar scheduled for Sept. 24 at 11 a.m. PT.
