BGO and Seyon buy 134,413 sq ft industrial portfolio in Marlborough
The two-building deal adds 17 dock doors, four drive-in doors, and 353 parking spaces to BGO and Seyon’s Greater Boston industrial footprint, with plans for targeted capital improvements and active leasing.
Global real estate investment manager BGO and Boston-based Seyon have acquired a two-building industrial portfolio in Marlborough, Massachusetts, within the Boston metropolitan area, ConnectCRE reports.
The properties span 134,413 square feet and are located at 261 Cedar Hill St. and 753 Forest St. in the I-495 West submarket, featuring single-story shallow-bay layouts aimed at a range of industrial, technology, and advanced-manufacturing users.
Together, the buildings offer 17 dock doors, four drive-in doors, and 353 parking spaces. BGO and Seyon plan targeted capital improvements across the portfolio and will actively manage leasing and tenant engagement.
Seyon Management will provide day-to-day property and construction management for the joint venture, building on its existing relationship with BGO. ConnectCRE said deal terms were not disclosed.
