Finmarc buys 460,000-SF Northern Virginia office portfolio for $77.5M
The two 10-story towers at 8401 and 8405 Greensboro Drive were 70% leased and occupied at the time of the transaction.
Finmarc Management has completed its $77.5 million acquisition of the Highline at Greensboro office portfolio in Northern Virginia, a two-building asset totaling about 460,000 square feet, according to ConnectCRE.
The properties are located at 8401 and 8405 Greensboro Drive in the Tysons Corner submarket. At the time of the sale, the towers were about 70% leased and occupied.
ConnectCRE also said Cushman & Wakefield’s Paul Collins and Kevin Sidney represented the seller, CIM Group. Legal services were provided by Aaron Rosenfeld of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP for Finmarc, and Cliff Mendelson of Metropolis Capital Advisors assisted with the debt placement.
The CRE outlet added that the office buildings are served by The Boro, a walkable amenity anchored by Whole Foods Market, which includes 250,000 square feet of retail space with sit-down and fast-casual restaurants.
