Entre Commercial Realty completed a long-term lease for a 16,932-square-foot industrial building at 675 Greenleaf Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, according to ConnectCRE.
The tenant, Nearby Truck Repair LLC, operates as a diesel mechanic and fleet repair operator, and the property is set up for heavy-duty truck repair, including a fully secured 1.3-acre lot and dedicated secured yard space.
ConnectCRE said yard space of this scale is increasingly scarce across Chicago’s industrial corridors, and that the protected environment for storing trucks, trailers, and equipment was the decisive factor in bringing Nearby Truck Repair to the transaction.
