Shankesh Jewellers and Sunshine Pictures IPOs close as other deals open
Tempsens Instruments, which opened for subscription on Aug. 20, was fully subscribed within 45 minutes and is priced for a potential grey-market gain of 77.3% over the upper band.
LiveMint Markets reports that two IPOs, Shankesh Jewellers and Sunshine Pictures, were open for subscription until Aug. 20, marking their closing day. Both issues opened on Aug. 18, with allotment scheduled for Friday, Aug. 21, and listings planned for Aug. 25 on the BSE and NSE.
According to BSE data cited by LiveMint Markets, Shankesh Jewellers’ subscription stood at 1.66 times as of 14:09 IST, while Sunshine Pictures’ subscription was 61.18 times. The Shankesh Jewellers price band is ₹88 to ₹93 per share for a fresh issue of up to 2.95 crore shares plus an offer-for-sale of up to 1 crore shares, and Sunshine Pictures’ price band is ₹342 to ₹360 for a total offer size of 78.37 lakh shares, including a fresh issue and OFS.
LiveMint Markets also said Gaja Alternative Asset Management’s IPO is in its second bidding day, with subscription at 1.88 times, and that it will close on Aug. 21 with allotment on Aug. 24. The price band is ₹152 to ₹160 per equity share, and the issue combines a fresh issue of up to ₹450 crore with an OFS worth up to ₹100 crore, with listing set for Aug. 26.
In addition, LiveMint Markets reported that Tempsens Instruments opened for subscription on Aug. 20, is priced in the ₹285 to ₹300 band, and was fully subscribed within the first 45 minutes. The IPO has been priced for a grey-market premium of ₹232, implying an estimated listing gain of 77.3% over the upper price band of ₹300, with allotment scheduled for Aug. 25 and listing on Aug. 26.
