Urban Edge signs three long-term tenants at Woodmore Towne Centre
The 712,000-square-foot grocery-anchored regional power center in Glenarden, Maryland will add space for MahoganyBooks, The Joint Chiropractic, and Milkshake Factory under long-term leases.
Urban Edge Properties announced three new long-term leases at Woodmore Towne Centre, a 712,000-square-foot grocery-anchored regional power center in Glenarden, Maryland, according to ConnectCRE.
MahoganyBooks will lease 2,077 square feet, The Joint Chiropractic will take 1,162 square feet, and Milkshake Factory will occupy 1,661 square feet.
Urban Edge said the center is anchored by Wegman’s, and the company framed the new tenants as a way to put local entrepreneurs alongside existing brands with established customer followings to improve the customer experience at the property.
The deals were represented by KLNB, with different brokers listed for each tenant and for Urban Edge Properties in the announcement.
