Horizon Industrial Parks IPO set to debut Monday with modest grey premium
Grey market pricing implies a likely listing around ₹63.4, about 5.7% above the IPO upper band.
Horizon Industrial Parks is set to debut on the NSE and BSE on Monday, 24 August, after its IPO closed with decent subscription, according to LiveMint Markets. Share allotment can be checked via the issue registrar, KFin Technologies, on the exchange websites.
Grey market sources cited by LiveMint Markets put the grey market premium at ₹3.4 on Friday morning. With an upper price band of ₹60, that suggests an estimated listing price of ₹63.4, which is about a 5.7% premium over the issue price.
LiveMint Markets also said the book build for public subscription opened on 17 August and ended on 19 August, with the IPO priced in a ₹57 to ₹60 band. The issue comprised a fresh sale of 43.34 crore shares, raising ₹2,600 crore, and allotment was finalized on 20 August.
The company plans to use net IPO proceeds to repay certain borrowings and for general corporate purposes.
