King Risk Partners acquires New York agency Norton and Siegel

The deal keeps Norton and Siegel employees in place, and financial terms were not disclosed.

King Risk Partners has acquired New York insurance agency Norton and Siegel, expanding the Florida-based brokerage’s presence in personal and commercial lines.

Norton and Siegel, founded in 1892 and based in Babylon Village on Long Island, provides personal and commercial insurance, including expertise in flood, waterfront property, and specialized liability coverage. The acquisition will keep the agency’s employees in place, according to Coverager.

Financial terms were not disclosed. Coverager also noted that King Risk Partners operates across the Eastern and Southeastern United States and is the 36th-largest US insurance brokerage.
