Northmarq sells Go Go Heights Apartments in Spokane for $22.5M
The 178-unit garden-style multifamily property was built in 1989 and sold despite “market headwinds,” according to Northmarq’s team.
ConnectCRE reports that Northmarq’s Seattle Investment Sales team brokered the sale of Go Go Heights Apartments, a 178-unit garden-style multifamily community at 7024 N. Colton St. in Spokane, Washington.
The property traded for $22.5 million, with Northmarq representing the seller, LC Gogo Heights LLC, and the buyer identified as c702 LLC, a Washington-based private investment firm.
ConnectCRE said the transaction came together amid “market headwinds” as the team worked to bring the deal to completion, noting that the buyer leveraged a local team to execute quickly.
The apartments were constructed in 1989 and feature a mix of two- and three-bedroom units, with amenities including hardwood laminate flooring, walk-in closets, in-unit fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, and private balconies.
