AerCap delivers 10th Boeing 787 for Aeromexico, raises 2026 EPS outlook
The company said adjusted EPS rose to $5.14 in Q2 2026 and lifted full-year 2026 guidance to $16.80 from $14.50.
AerCap Holdings delivered its tenth Boeing 787 aircraft on lease to Grupo Aeromexico, a milestone the company linked to its 100th Boeing 787 delivery from its direct order book. AerCap said it remains the largest owner of Boeing 787s, with a portfolio of about 140 owned and ordered aircraft, and it also noted the delivery was Aeromexico’s 25th Dreamliner.
In earnings performance, AerCap reported Q2 2026 adjusted earnings per share of $5.14, above Wall Street estimates of $4.00, on revenues of $2.16 billion. The company reported operating cash flow of $1.5 billion, net gains of $223 million from $1.4 billion in asset sales at a 20% margin, and it raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $16.80 from $14.50.
The article also contrasted Boeing’s latest quarter, citing Boeing Q2 2026 revenue of $24.6 billion supported by 171 commercial deliveries. Despite the revenue beat, Boeing posted a core loss per share of $0.76 and a GAAP net loss of $428 million, and it reported free cash flow of $631 million.
