Denu Hotel & Spa in downtown Phoenix to open Sept. 16

Pacific Hospitality Group is taking reservations for the Denu Hotel & Spa, a new 236-room luxury hotel opening in downtown Phoenix on September 16, according to ConnectCRE.

The hotel is located at 1 E. Adams Street in a newly constructed 17-story building, and it includes a Hammam-inspired spa, a Solstone Holistic Spa with thermal rituals and immersive treatments, and a fitness and wellbeing program.

Amenities also include a rooftop pool with city views, a lobby-level restaurant and lounge, a cafe, and a rooftop bar, along with versatile meeting and event spaces aimed at both corporate gatherings and social occasions.

ConnectCRE adds that the Denu is positioned steps from major transportation hubs and the convention center, and that Pacific Hospitality Group currently owns and manages 11 hotels and resorts across California, Hawaii, Arizona, and Texas.
