China calls for public tips on PLA Rocket Force procurement corruption

The PLA will accept reports through a dedicated phone line and online postings until November 30, 2026.

China has urged the public to report suspected procurement corruption involving the People’s Liberation Army Rocket Force, as an anti-corruption campaign continues in the service’s strategic missile branch, according to a notice published on the PLA procurement website.

The notice invites suppliers, bidding and tendering agencies, evaluation experts, and other relevant military personnel to share clues about potential violations tied to purchases of goods and services, construction projects, and food and medical supplies.

Authorities said the suspected problems could span multiple stages of procurement, including requirements drafting, procurement evaluations, contract performance, and online purchasing, and it did not specify a time limit for when the alleged violations occurred.

Reports can be submitted via a special telephone line and online postings, with submissions due by November 30, 2026, the South China Morning Post reported.
