National Land Realty adds AI and voice search for land buyers
The platform lets users save searches in a MyLand account and get notifications when new listings match their acreage, location, and land type criteria.
HousingWire reports that National Land Realty has launched an AI-powered property search tool that uses natural-language and voice inputs to help land buyers find listings more quickly.
Users can describe the property they want, such as a certain number of acres in a specific county or a land type, and the system translates that request into relevant search criteria and matching listings.
If there is no exact match, the tool can recommend nearby or similar properties based on geography, and users can further refine searches by factors including location, acreage, and land type.
The new platform also supports voice-to-text through supported browsers, and it is designed to connect listings with more specific buyer searches, while using a separate proprietary AI tool to help create listing descriptions for better discoverability.
