Obie integrates landlord insurance into RentSpree platform
The partnership lets RentSpree users access Obie’s landlord insurance experience inside the rental-management workflow, aiming to reduce administrative friction for investors.
Obie, an insurance solutions provider for landlords and real estate investors, announced a collaboration with rental management software provider RentSpree.
Under the partnership, RentSpree users will be able to access Obie’s landlord insurance experience directly within the RentSpree platform at the time insurance is needed.
Obie said real estate investors are seeking connected tools to simplify property management, and that the integration is designed to reduce time spent navigating administrative tasks.
