Piramal Finance opens up to ₹2,100 crore QIP on Aug. 24, 2026
The QIP sets a floor price of ₹2,102.65 per share and the company says it will use proceeds to support lending and capital adequacy ratios.
Piramal Finance has opened its qualified institutions placement, aiming to raise up to ₹2,100 crore, according to an exchange filing cited by LiveMint Markets.
The filing said the board fixed 24 August 2026 as the relevant date for the issue, and set a floor price of ₹2,102.65 per share.
The company said it plans to use QIP funds to meet capital requirements for lending and to support capital adequacy ratios.
Separately, the board also approved a preferential private placement issue of warrants to Nithyam Realty Private Limited, a promoter, totaling up to 82,94,000 warrants at ₹2,110 per warrant, with 25% payable on subscription and the remaining 75% due upon exercise, over an 18-month tenor.
