Samudhra signs lease for premium Indian restaurant at The Ellery

The tenant will take about 10,000 square feet at the Hell's Kitchen mixed-use building, marking its first New York City outpost.

Taconic Partners and National Real Estate Advisors have signed a lease with Samudhra for a premium Indian restaurant and lounge at The Ellery, a luxury mixed-use residential development at 312 W. 43rd St. in Hell's Kitchen, according to ConnectCRE.

Samudhra will occupy approximately 10,000 square feet along West 43rd Street, with the space planned to include a dedicated dining area plus a bar and lounge.

The new location will be Samudhra’s first outpost in New York City and its second location overall.

CBRE represented Taconic and NREA, with Lon Rubackin, Michael Kadosh, and Bevan Cohen, while Lee & Associates represented Samudhra, with Brad Schwarz.
