Hanover Company starts construction on first Simi Valley industrial project
The ground-up facility will total about 200,000 square feet on a 13-acre site near CA 118, with 36-foot clear heights and an 8.5-inch slab.
Hanover Company has begun construction on a ground-up industrial development in Simi Valley, marking the company’s first project in the region, according to ConnectCRE.
Working alongside its capital partner, a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital, the project will deliver an approximately 200,000-square-foot building on a 13-acre site at 903 Quimisa Drive.
Located off the CA 118 freeway, the facility is designed with 36-foot clear heights and an 8.5-inch slab, along with skylights and ample employee parking.
ConnectCRE reports the space will be suitable for multiple user types, including corporate headquarters, packaging and assembly, and distribution, with Hanover’s development partner Anthony Feenick calling it the company’s entry into the Simi Valley market.
