UNICO Group acquires Oracle Insurance Agency

The deal, effective July 9, 2026, brings Oracle clients into UNICO’s expanded property and casualty, employee benefits, and risk management offerings.

Nebraska-based insurance brokerage UNICO Group has acquired Oracle Insurance Agency, with the transaction taking effect July 9, 2026, according to Coverager.

Oracle, founded in 2010 by Wil and Denise Stephany and based in Omaha, focuses on personal lines and private client insurance.

Under the agreement, Oracle’s clients will gain access to UNICO’s broader capabilities, including property and casualty insurance, employee benefits, risk management, and business solutions.

Coverager reports that the companies did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction. UNICO is headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, and also operates locations in La Vista, Columbus, and Norfolk.
